Cancellation and rebooking policy
The conditions described on this page apply to bookings made directly with Hotel Britânico. Bookings made through agencies or third-party platforms follow the policies of the channel through which they were made, which may differ from those described here.
Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before check-in are subject to a retention of 30% of the booking value.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance, as well as no-show cases, are non-refundable.
Early departure
After check-in, in case of withdrawal from the stay or early departure, the booking amounts will not be refunded.
Rebooking
Rebooking can be made free of charge up to 30 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Between 30 and 15 days before check-in, rebooking may be made subject to a fee of 10% of the booking value, in addition to any rate difference.
Rates may vary according to the new date, availability and category.
Right of withdrawal
Regardless of the deadlines above, bookings cancelled within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase are refunded in full, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
